Lt. Colonel Joseph Weinstein, U.S. Army, retired, brings to the table
decades of experience translating from German to English and English to
German. He is a German law school graduate who practiced German law for
over 10 years and also specialized in Comparative Law and therefore
understands the differences between common law and code civil legal
systems. He is fluent in English and German and resides in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida.
He returned to South Florida in 1995 and
has since worked as an translator/interpreter in the following areas:
depositions, German contracts, German court decrees and many other types
of documents. He can perform simultaneous interpretation and is
available for telephone translations and interpretations.
